The scope of work will generally include lawn care and landscape maintenance, irrigation, spring and fall clean-up, and weed control. All bidders should be aware that this project is highly visible to the residents of EagleVail. Any Contractor responding to the RFP must be experienced, licensed, insured and competent to provide the specified services.
