The Metro District continues to encourage you to take precautions and follow general health hygiene: Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Cover your cough or sneeze with your elbow (not your hands). Refrain from touching your face. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
