Phase II Project Information

INVITATION TO BID EAGLEVAIL METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

Sealed bids will be received by EagleVail Metropolitan District, PO Box 5660, 538 Eagle Road, Avon, Colorado, until 12:00 p.m. local time, April 25, 2025. Bids can be sent electronically to sbarber@eaglevail.org. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.

The work to be performed generally includes:

Installation of a full sized synthetic multipurpose sports field
Site improvements and associated earth work
Parking lot and sidewalk construction
Landscape improvements
New pedestrian path and signage
Spectator seating area

Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis.

Copies of the Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for use in preparing Bids may be obtained from Steven H. Barber, contacted at sbarber@eaglevail.org after March 20, 2025.

Copies of the Drawings and Project Specifications are also on file and may be examined at the Owner’s address during normal working hours after March 20, 2025.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2025 at 1:00 pm local time at the EagleVail Pavilion, 538 Eagle Rd. Avon, Colorado. Please contact Steven H. Barber for more information at sbarber@eaglevail.org.

The anticipated construction window for this project is from September 2, 2025 – November 15, 2025. The District is open to negotiate the completion date of the project if needed.

No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The EagleVail Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. See below for bid documents.
