Sale of Property at 249 Eagle Road, Avon, CO 81620 - EagleVail Fire Station

EagleVail Metro District (“District”) is seeking proposals for the purchase of District-owned land located at 249 Eagle Road, Avon, CO 81620 (“Property”). The proposed area is approximately 0.330 acres. See Image 1 on Page 8 for a depiction of the Property. Electronic Submissions, in the format prescribed herein, can be emailed to the District Manager, Steven H. Barber, until 4:00 p.m. MST on March 3, 2025. Upon receival, staff will ensure all required materials have been received and contact the APPLICANT.
