Request for Proposal (RFP)
Pavilion Park Asphalt Paving Project
Sealed bids will be received by EagleVail Metropolitan District, PO Box 5660, 538 Eagle Road, Avon, Colorado, until 12:00 p.m. local time, April 3, 2025. Bids can be sent electronically to sbarber@eaglevail.org. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid.
The work to be performed generally includes:
- Removal of existing crusher fine path and prep subgrade
- Installation and compaction of 4” of road base and prep
- Installation and compaction of 3” of asphalt paving
- Installation of 1’ road base shoulder
Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis.
Copies of the Drawings, Specifications and other Contract Documents for use in preparing Bids may be obtained from Steven H. Barber, contacted at sbarber@eaglevail.org after March 20, 2025.
Copies of the Drawings and Project Specifications are also on file and may be examined at the Owner’s address during normal working hours after March 20, 2025.
The anticipated construction window for this project is from June 15, 2025 – July 31, 2025. The District is open to negotiate the completion date of the project if needed.
No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. The EagleVail Metropolitan District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
