Tuesday, August 7, 2018 / Categories: News & Updates Volunteers Needed for the Everkrisp Trail Work on the new Everkrisp trail is moving right along. Crews from the national forest service and community volunteers have been removing vegetation and clearing the corridor for construction. The newly purchased mini-excavator has been proven to be of great value to the project. The Vail Valley Mountain Bike Association will be working on the trail every Wednesday night @ 5:00 starting on July 11th. They will meet at the cul-de-sac at the top of Whiskey Hill. Parking is very limited so please car pool if possible.Bring work/hiking boots, gloves, hat, sunscreen, water and we suggest long pants. We provide all of the tools and more than likely hist a small cookout afterwards! Our Trail Crew nights are very rewarding and family friendly. No experience is necessary and all ages are welcome!
