Tell us a little bit about yourself
My husband, Ken, and I have been proud residents of EagleVail since 1996. Our two daughters attended Meadow Mountain Elementary (now Homestake Peak) and Battle Mountain High School. I began my career selling insurance for State Farm before transitioning to real estate in 2004.
Community involvement has always been a priority for me. While my daughters were in school, I served on the PTA and coached youth soccer. As they grew older, I took on leadership roles, serving as a director for the EagleVail Property Owners Association (EVPOA) before moving into association leadership with the Vail Board of Realtors. In recent years, I have been actively involved with the EagleVail Garden Committee, where we recently rebuilt a portion of the community garden.
I have served on the EVMD board since 2022.
I decided to re-run for the EagleVail Metropolitan District (EVMD) because I want to continue the progress we have made over the last 3 years. I have a deep understanding of the challenges, priorities, and needs of the community. I have firsthand knowledge of how the Metro District operates. I understand existing policies, ongoing projects, and budgetary considerations, which allows me to be effective from day one. I excel at problem-solving, collaboration, and communication, and I am committed to balancing the needs of both homeowners and the real estate community to create the greatest impact.
In my free time, I enjoy the many amenities our community offers—hiking, gardening in the Community Garden, swimming at the pool, and playing golf. In the winter, my family and I are avid skiers, and in the summer, we love road biking. After 29 wonderful years in this neighborhood, I look forward to many more.
