You can review EagleVail Metro District's winter, summer, and general parking information below. 

Winter Parking Lease Information 

• There are NO winter leases available for the Pool/Pavilion Parking Lot
• There is NO overnight parking at the Pool/Pavilion Parking Lot
• Leases will be determined on a first come first served basis
• Parking is not guaranteed until you have signed and paid for your lease
• The term of winter leases will extend from October 16 to April 15 annually 
• Parking passes will not be mailed

Winter Lease Rates

• 6 month lease: TBD
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NOT REFUNDABLE
• A replacement parking pass is $20

Winter Lease Rules and Regulations

• Park in your assigned parking spot at all times.
  • Your vehicle has been assigned a number. You must park and only park in this spot. If you find someone parked in your spot you will need to park in the center parking section of either parking lot. You will need to call 970-790-1217 and give the following information:
    • Your name
    • Your phone number
    • Your parking pass number
    • The time and date of your call
    • The license plate number of the vehicle that is parked in your spot
    • Leaving this message will be the only means of avoiding a boot or having your boot removed at no cost to you.  You will be contacted within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours over the weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: You must have your parking pass hanging from your rear view mirror and visible if you park in the center section of the parking lot as your vehicle will be subject to booting and/or towing if the parking pass is not visible.

• If you are parked in a numbered spot that does not match your parking pass you will be booted and/or towed. 
  • The removal of the boot or towing will be paid for by the owner of the vehicle and you will forfeit your right to future parking passes within EagleVail.
• Your pass must be hanging from the rear view mirror and in plain sight at all times.
  • If your vehicle is found without a hanging pass from your rear view mirror you will be booted at the owner’s expense.  EVMD will not be responsible for removing boots on your vehicle.
• All vehicle(s) must be moved every 48 hours. 
  • ​If it is evident that your vehicle has not been moved within 48 hours, your vehicle will be booted at the owner’s expense and you will forfeit your right to future parking passes within EagleVail Metropolitan District.
• Certain types of vehicles are not allowed to obtain a parking lease:
  • Commercial vehicles – those with commercial advertising displayed on the exterior of their vehicles; those that carry company equipment on the outside of the vehicle.
  • Recreational vehicles (RV’s)
  • Campers
  • Trailers
  • Buses of any size
    • If these types of vehicles are found you will be booted and possibly towed at the owner’s expense and you will forfeit your right to future parking passes within EagleVail Metropolitan District.

• Vehicles must be moved every 48 hours
  • If it appears that your vechicle has not been moved in the 48 hour timeline your vehicle will be booted at the owner’s expense and you will forfeit your right to future parking passes within EagleVail Metropolitan District.
• Commercial vehicles (those with any kind of markings or those that carry company equipment on the outside), campers, recreational vehicles (RVs), trailers and buses of any size are NOT ALLOWED.

General Parking Information

EagleVail has a very limited number of fee–based parking spaces available with enough advance notice.  This parking is near the Community Garden and Golf Course practice facility on the east end of the community.  Please call 970-790-1217 or email krisoneill@eaglevail.org for more information well in advance.  NO guarantees regarding the availability of parking are expressed or implied.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cars parked in EagleVail Metro District lots without a permit hanging from the rear view mirror are subject to being booted.  Moreover, all hanging parking passes must be clearly visible at all times, otherwise, your vehicle can be subject to being booted.
