EagleVail Resident Cards – Available Now for 2024/2025! 

Starting November 18, 2024, get your EagleVail Resident Card to enjoy discounts at all EagleVail amenities this summer and ride the Skier Shuttle this winter!

Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Your Resident Card:

  1. Provide Proof of Residency
    • Must show your name and physical address.
    • Accepted documents:
      • Utility bill (within 2 months of current date)
      • Current Property Tax Statement
      • EagleVail business employee paystub (within 2 months of current date)
      • Other (please contact Kris O'Neill at krisoneill@eaglevail.org for other acceptable forms of verification)
  2. Complete the Resident Card Signature Document
  3. Email Your Documents
    • Send your proof of residency and completed Signature Document to: krisoneill@eaglevail.org
    • Please note: We are not accepting forms in person. They must be submitted online.
  4. Wait for Confirmation
    • You will receive an email once your Resident Card is ready for pickup.
  5. Pick Up Your Resident Card
    • Pick up your card outside the EagleVail Pavilion.
  6. Enjoy Your Discounts
    • Start using your card to access discounted amenities!

Important Information About Resident Cards:

  • No cost to issue a Resident Card (RHC), but proof of residency or business is required.
  • Discounts available at multiple Metro District facilities, including:
    • Golf, food and beverage, pool, pavilion rentals
    • Free access to courts facilities
    • One free Discount Card (worth over $100 in savings) for each Property, if requested before April 15, 2025.
  • Please ensure each adult requesting a card submits their own signed Signature Document.
  • Cards will not be mailed; pickup is at the EagleVail Pavilion resident mailbox only.
